This August (2020) I will have been leading Hatha Yoga classes for 30 years. I teach basic Hatha Yoga with the emphasis on stretching, relaxation and balancing the mind and body.

The classes are accessible to the beginner but may also be enjoyable for the more experienced yoga practitioner.

I qualified through the Yoga for Health Foundation and am fully insured.

I am also qualified in Swedish Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Reiki, Spiritual Healing, and Laughter Yoga.
