The next Laughter Yoga will be on Saturday 5th December at East Cowes Methodist Church from 10-1200.
Come along and have a pre Christmas laugh, learn a new version of an old favourite song, meet old friends and perhaps some new, try juggling, make paper chains, drink tea, eat cake! Anything but shopping!!!
